HeART of Eagan: Public Art Initiative

In 2026, the City of Eagan announced the HeART of Eagan initiative to create a sense of place and engagement on the Art Block, centered at the City Hall Campus property. Five new artworks will be placed in and around the municipal campus, including locations such as the Eagan Civic Arena, Eagan City Hall patio, Civic Center Park, Cascade Bay Water Park exterior, and Wescott Library exterior. This program is an exciting addition to Eagan’s vibrant public art presence, which includes art benches in 20 public parks and major installations throughout the community.

These initiatives reflect Eagan’s commitment to fostering a thriving arts and culture environment, enriching the community for all who live in and visit the area.
